I am currently in graduate school online working towards my MA in Professional Communication. I have 8 years of restaurant experience, with 3 years of bartending experience. I love working with other people and getting to know the clientele, and have extensive knowledge on upselling, NC alcohol laws, and cash handling. I‘m a very social person and love chatting it up with customers and getting to know their stories.
My most recent postulation was bartending at Tupelo Honey Cafe in Charlotte for 2 years. Before that I worked at a country club in Boone, NC (Hound Ears Club) as well as a dive bar (Elevation 3333) and pizza parlor (Capone’s Untouchable Pizza). In highschool I started my restaurant experience by working at Buffalo Wild Wings in Holly Springs for 3 years.
I am in track to receive my MA in Professional Communication from Southern Utah University in July, and I have my bachelors in Psychology with a double minor in Sociology and Criminal Justice from Appalachian State University.
