• Own annual budgeting and forecasting across the business — CapEx, OpEx, cost centers, and headcount and prepare the monthly financial statements (income statement, balance sheet, and cash flow).
• Absorbed two company acquisitions with no increase in headcount by standardizing, documenting, and streamlining processes across newly combined teams.
• Support the annual external audit and coordinate year-end physical inventory counts with CPA auditors, keeping documentation and controls.
