• Manage cost out and optimization projects ensuring delivery on cost out targets, timely project implementation, and new product introduction globally by integrating latest technology, engineering, and design while meeting aggressive cost out targets. Plan yearly project funding and analyze business cases

• Project lead for factory kaizen events driving work cell efficiency, optimized flow, standardization, and cost reductions
• Ensure operations and process feasibility in new product introduction by working with R&D and manufacturing to validate alignment of project goals and streamlined manufacturing introduction
