• Formerly employed at WT12 Surgical Oncology PCU in a 36-in patient bed providing care services for patients ages 17-100+ with gynecological-origin cancers. The nurse-to-patient ratio is 1:3-5 depending on acuity and level of care.
• Works with patients both pre-operatively and post-operatively, going in for surgeries such as total abdominal hysterectomies, bilateral salpingo-oopherectomies, colostomy and urostomy diversions. Also works with patients requiring oncology symptom management, close monitoring for inpatient chemotherapy, and count recovery.
