Throughout my 12+ year design career, I've led product design initiatives that span multiple platforms, modernized mission-critical systems, and mentored early-career designers to grow into confident and capable individuals.I have a diverse set of experiences and now as an MBA graduate, I want to better help design teams articulate the business value of their decisions and understand how design translates into business goals.

I have spent the last twelve years designing for a variety of companies and startups and most recently I combine strategic thinking, empathetic user understanding, and leadership to deliver solutions that enhance user experiences and contribute to success for the federal government. I have designed 0 to 1 products, led the creation and ongoing evolution of organization-wide design systems, and I can thrive in solving complex problems with uncertainty, even in high-velocity environments with lots of change.
