- Lead enterprise emergency management merger and integration activities, including policy and plan integration, decontamination program alignment, performance indicators, and compliance tracking systems. Manage 18 emergency management program policies.
- Develop and manage enterprise Emergency Operations Plan annex templates. Managed plan management and storage software transition. Ensure Emergency Operations Plans and annexes align with regulatory requirements. Reviewer for all acute care site-level EOP documents (594 in total).
- Develop enterprise KPI dashboards and compliance tracking systems supporting emergency management oversight across 34 hospitals, improving visibility into annual and biennial regulatory requirements.
- Manage enterprise HVA structure and Joint Risk Assessment; support conversion to HHS ASPR Healthcare and Public Health Risk Identification and Site Criticality Toolkit.
- Develop After-Action Report application and Tableau reporting dashboard in conjunction with Automation and Analytics departments, to document for compliance purposes and track improvement items completion.
- Designed enterprise Program Annual Review and Evaluation adopted across acute-care sites to standardize documentation of program activities, compliance status, committee reporting, and leadership reporting; provide resources and templates to support care site compliance.
- Support acute care site compliance surveys and mock surveys; assess regulatory compliance and recommend corrective actions for non-compliant elements of performance.
- Fill enterprise and regional incident command roles, including Incident Commander, Planning Section Chief, Co-Planning Section Chief, and Situation Unit Leader for cyber incidents, COVID-19, a hospital move, measles surge, payroll/timekeeping outage, supply shortages, technology outages and wildfires.
- Develop HSEEP-aligned system Exercise Planning Workbook template and serve as evaluator for patient surge, decontamination, full-scale, and tabletop exercises.
- Develop healthcare-adapted ICS/NIMS training, OSHA-compliant hazardous materials/decontamination awareness and operations training, caregiver Emergency Response Guide templates, and HVA top-risk training and drill materials.
- Serve in weekly Emergency Management Duty Officer rotation to consult on and support regional emergency response activities.

- Successfully supported three Joint Commission surveys, including two Emergency Management surveys with zero findings or citations; maintained documentation for Joint Commission and CMS emergency management and preparedness requirements.
- Managed the emergency management program for 17 locations spanning 90 miles for two years after the director’s departure.
- Served in incident command roles including Planning Section Chief, Situation Unit Leader, Documentation Unit Leader, and Liaison Officer for outbreaks, winter storms, measles cases, COVID-19, utility outages, supply shortages, and IT outages.
