Across industries and experiences, I glean opportunities to learn and expand my capabilities and skill base. Challenges are welcome in my life in the midst of developing life to work and work to life balances. Adaptation and tenacity are key components of my personality. I adjust to changes within cultural and technological environments with an eye to understand and grow from these experiences.
Although not a freelancer, it could be a new journey I would explore with the knowledge I could gain insight to a new career world.
I have worked sales, frontline customer service. Phone support. Cross-departmental support in technical and retail organizations. Serving the role as “unofficial” leader and then some management experience.
A collaborative team player who has evolved as technological and advancement opportunities arise. Communication skills to develop strategies in training programs and clearer identification of procedures, training, and collaboration with workflow progression. I am able to collaboratively, with a team, and independently for the best interests of my positions and the organizations I have worked.
The learning curves and challenges are not dissuasive to continuing for growth. I am learning through recent classes how I can recognize behaviors and the work settings I thrive and contribute most effectively and efficiently within.
Currently, I am enrolled at the University of Phoenix about to complete a fourth class. I have had highs and lows balancing life obligations and situations. Through this I have developed strategies to overcome and evolve to understand the nature of the various tools used for students.
Recently, I realized different test strategies and study habits usable to overcome either a lack of understanding or a predisposition nature to read questions and expectations a little off at times. This degree along with my achieved in Social Work will be highly beneficial for my career.
