I am passionate about growing my coaching competencies while exploring new evidence-based research and technologies to drive outcomes. I hold an M.A. degree in Organizational Psychology and earned various I.C.F.

certifications at BetterUp while pursuing a P.C.C. credential from the I.C.F. I speak fluent English and Spanish and am deeply rooted in my indigenous predecessors. As a first-generation graduate, I do not take my graduate and ongoing professional development for granted.
