As someone with a lifelong interest in teaching, I am eager to apply for this substitute teacher position. With a bachelor's degree in psychology and four years of experience teaching and supporting children and adults with diverse learning and developmental needs, I bring a patient, adaptable, and compassionate approach to the classroom. Through my experience in Applied Behavioral Analysis, I have taught practical, social, and behavioral skills to children ages 2–14 while developing strong classroom management, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
