I am a 62 year old practicing attorney from New Iberia, Louisiana. I have been an attorney for 37 years. I am a partner in the firm of Decuir & Huddleston and the Chief Instructor of the New Iberia Karate Institute.
I have been an Assistant District Attorney (16th Judicial District) and Assistant Attorney General in the past. I have served as the City Attorney for the City of Jeanerette and the City of New Iberia. I have also worked as a receiver in the Office of Insurance Commissioner for Louisiana.
I have my J.D. from Tulane University Law School and my undergraduate degree (B.S. in Public Administration) from Louisiana State University in Baton Rouge. I went to New Iberia Senior High School in New Iberia, Louisiana and currently reside in New Iberia, Louisiana.
