Formerly Developer Experience Engineer @Weaveworks, Senior DevOps Engineer @Codecademy, and Principal Engineer Technical Team Lead for TV networks @NBCUniversal, I’m a highly technical and innovative engineering IC and thought leader. My previous corporate roles have helped me better understand how to foster and measure up-to-date technology and end-user engagement as part of a company's global business strategy. The independent developer community and computing foundation roles keep me in constant contact with wider open-source contributor and end-user communities, their needs and challenges, and what’s on the horizon.

★ Organizing and speaking - including keynoting - at Cloud Native events, meetups and global conferences

When in leadership positions, I work to ensure:

★ Roles, responsibilities, accountability, and priorities are all clear before proceeding

★ Known risks are communicated appropriately to stakeholders, discussed as a team, and weighed and accepted by an assigned product owner
