My name is Scott Vallejo and I have been a bartender at the Embassy Suites for over 12 years now. I am looking to expand my resume in a challenging and exciting environment.
I have been in the food and beverage industry for over 16 years now. I started my career as a server at Dennys, then shortly moved on to Pat and Oscar’s where I stayed for four years working my way up to assistant manager, until I moved on to my current role at the Embassy Suites where I have worked many roles from Banquets , pool and room service to my current bartending position
I have a GED and some college but as it pertains to my career I am RBS certified by the ABC as well as having my food handlers certification up to date and ready to serve
