My name is Sean Haines, and I am a recent graduate of James Madison University. During my undergraduate studies, I majored in Geography with a concentration in spatial analysis. Over the course of 4 years, I have developed an understanding of data collection, data creation, GIS, geospatial analysis, remote sensing, and GPS work.
I am a highly motivated and responsible individual who is eager to obtain a position that will enable me to use my skills that I developed during my undergraduate studies.
From May 2022 to August 2022, I worked as a GIS Intern for James Madison University. Some of my responsibilities included working with the Arc Collector mobile application to update various campus utilities such as signs, generators, light poles, etc. I also updated various campus utility databases on Arc Collector and ArcPro, as well as updated various campus maps with newly collected data from the field.
In May 2023 I graduated from James Madison University with a Bachelor's degree in Geography. My concentration was in spatial analysis.
