• Worked from home as a teleworker for 60 hours a week during a one year contract period with no time off. During some emergency periods the hours were increased to 84 hours per week.
• Processed hundreds of loan applications to ensure there were no mistakes in the applications and correcting any that came up. This review included double checking all applicant and business information was correct, all needed documents were in our records, and anything that seemed suspicious was either determined to not be an issue or reported to the appropriate department for further processing.
• Interacted with clients on a daily basis as part of this client-facing position. I routinely discussed applications with clients, clarifying their information, requesting missing documentation and answering any questions they had about the process.
• Offered a contract renewal but chose to seek other opportunities. My manager was disappointed but indicated that I would be welcomed back if I changed my mind in the future.
