I’m a senior backend engineer and CPA who builds and maintains systems that move real money.

I gravitate toward complex, business-critical problems: revenue automation, enterprise integrations, data integrity, and workflows that need to be both correct and reliable. Over the past several years, I’ve led efforts that replaced spreadsheet-heavy processes with production services, reduced reconciliation errors, and saved meaningful time during month-end close.

I enjoy improving existing systems as much as building new ones. There’s something satisfying about taking a complicated, fragile process and making it boringly reliable. I care about clear code, thoughtful data design, and shipping features that don’t create future cleanup work for the team.

Outside of work, I’m usually training for a race or convincing myself this might finally be the Cubs’ year. Both require patience and a tolerance for delayed gratification.
