Hello, my name is Selina Salazar. I am a 26-year-old full-time student at Dallas College, currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering with a focus in Applied Technology. I am currently a junior and expect to graduate in 2028.
I am looking for an opportunity with an organization where I can grow professionally, continue developing my skills, and find a place that feels like a second home. I have experience working with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and Word, as well as SQL. I am a motivated learner who is eager to apply my current skills, gain hands-on experience, and continue building my career.
Although I do not have formal work experience yet, I have gained valuable experience through volunteering at my children’s school, attending college workshops, and providing childcare in my home. Participating in workshops has allowed me to expand my knowledge, learn new skills, and connect with others in an educational and professional environment. These experiences have helped me develop strong communication, organization, time management, patience, responsibility, and problem-solving skills.
