Semira Ajani

I am a community development professional offering a range of skills including experience in public financing tools, grants administration, organizational development and civic engagement. I've lived in Atlanta, GA and have spent 20 years of my career in working in the public sector as well as with philanthropic organizations and social impact groups. I am also a license real estate agent with a particular interest in partnering with small developers and properties owners seeking real estate services.

I am passionate about building community – both people and places. I am always advocating for the best solution and committed to supporting you or your organization in achieving your goals.

• I began my career in Atlanta working with grassroots, philanthropic, and nonprofit organizations providing technical assistance in strategic planning support and resource development (specifically grant writing). 
• I spent more than 10 years of my career working in the public sector with local government and government authorities. This included providing grant management coordination and program administration, for publicly funded projects. 

• I received my undergraduate degree in Sociology, my masters degree in Urban and Regional Planning and became licenses as a Real Estate agent in 2017.
