I started working on the wharf in Monterey and that's when I decided it's what I wanted to do for a career. So caught a job at the Monterey Marriott and again my 7 year process of working in every Department that they had in hospitality. Since then I have tried to move around learning more and working different Cuisines and continuing my beverage and food education

I went to school to be a math teacher and got a part time job in the wharf, it didn't take long for me to fall feet over head….I learned wha food servin really was and it was so much more than what i imagined. It was a very, real profession that could teach you so much and allow you to make money, I started to do that full time.
