Research at Physical Activity and Neurocognition Lab:

Contributed to the SITLess! Adult Study, investigating the effects of interrupting prolonged sitting on cognitive and brain functions in adults

Collected physiological measures, including blood pressure, heart rate, and resting EEG data to assess associations with cognitive outcomes, certified in CPR and AED, ensuring participant safety
