Iam someone that loves to travel and experience new places and people. Recently just came back from a solo travel trip to India and had the most wonderful time. The food the sites and people were amazing and so hospitable.
Working in customer service has honed my skills with interacting with others which made this trip seem so easy and fun. I used to be an introvert and this field has brought me out of tha box. Been in Customer service for over 15 years enjoy multi tasking and research to resolve customer issues and keep customers up on new products.
I handle large customer and some business accounts. Give guidance for trouble shooting for internet cable and billing. Submit reports using Excel and corresponding with management through email and text.
Iam very diverse and aim to please. I receive great response from customer with their interaction with me and my team leads have used my encounters to follow during training. My passion is to find a place to teach positive care for customers and bring listening skills to enhance agents encounters and customers end goal satisfaction.

Handle heavy inbound calls for tech support and resolution issues. Have used ERone system to submit for.refunds and escalated customer complaints.
