Over the past three years, I’ve managed my own business, ShanaMadeIt, where I honed my skills in project management, marketing strategy, and customer engagement from the ground up. This experience has given me a unique edge in understanding both the operational and creative sides of a business, enabling me to drive process improvements, track financial trends, and create engaging customer experiences.
