With over 20 years of experience in healthcare settings, I have developed a strong foundation in patient service coordination and medical assistance. Currently serving as a Patient Service Coordinator at Texas Oncology in Pasadena, Texas, I greet patients, manage appointments, collect payments, and ensure smooth interactions between patients and clinical staff. Previously, I held roles at UT MD Anderson Cancer Center, where I coordinated patient appointments, collaborated with clinical teams to streamline scheduling processes, and trained new staff members.
