I took the skills and adaptability I learned as an Intelligence Specialist in the US Navy and have built a career across multiple Managed Service Providers. I have done everything from first-level ticket resolution to leading a company of over 40 technicians. In that journey, I have touched countless technology genres and have learned to be savvy with technical sales, client success management, business development, personnel mentorship, talent acquisition, and literally everything in between.

While I did attend college, I did not complete my associate's degree. I opted to move directly into the technical world, where my ability to get the job done was more valuable than a degree in Computer Science. My background in the Navy provided me with the ability to “figure it out” and quickly learn what I need to be successful in whatever challenge I was faced with, so I have sought out roles where that is valued over the stack of certifications I also worked on along the way.
