My background spans education, culture leadership 🌟, and real estate - yes, real estate. For four years, I guided clients through some of the biggest, most high-pressure decisions of their lives 🏡. That experience sharpened my skills in communication, expectation-setting, and trust-building, all core foundations of effective Customer Success.
I also helped launch Digital Passport, Common Sense Media’s first online curriculum, combining innovation with social impact, led schoolwide climate initiatives, and created winning partnerships (like a community program with the Chicago Blackhawks).
Whether I’m developing eLearning in Articulate 360, coaching stakeholders, or supporting users through onboarding and adoption, I bring strategy, creativity, and care.
I’m fluent in platforms like Canvas, Google Workspace, and LMS tools and I love using them to make learning and support systems more intuitive, effective, and scalable.
Now, I'm excited to bring that full toolkit into roles in Customer Success, Instructional Design, or Learning & Development, where the goal is helping people succeed through smart, thoughtful experiences.
