Responsible for and oversees the entire operations of 3 office-based procedural suites at 3 sites (Bethpage, New Hyde Park, and Bronx). There are approximately 50-80 OR cases conducted weekly. Cases provided include prostate fusion biopsy, transperineal non-fusion prostate biopsies, REZUMs, Urolifts, cystoscopy, vasectomy, Seed Implants, Space Oar.
- Manage the entire OBP staff and employee relations. Provides work schedules for all employees. Reinforces employee compliance with mandatory organization requirements.

- Supports all organizational initiatives and facilitates any process and procedural changes required, as per QUAD A and regulatory requirements.
- Assists the staff with any direct care needs to render patient care.
