• Supervise and coordinate gas utility field crews to ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Lead daily job-site operations, communicating work requirements, safety expectations, and operational procedures to crew members.
• Ensure all required tools, equipment, safety equipment, and vehicles are work-ready, properly maintained, and appropriately calibrated.
• Verify that required job documentation, permits, records, and safety materials are completed, filed, and available at the work site.
• Establish and maintain safe work zones designed to protect employees, contractors, pedestrians, motorists, and the general public.
• Enforce proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and compliance with established safety procedures.
