Shaun began his career in big box retail accumulating close to a decade of fast pace high volume customer service experience. He increased revenue by inquiring and understanding his customers wants and needs. Shaun supported several teams with HR staffing initiatives such as Interviewing and hiring candidates to fill various staffing needs in the store. He also lead and managed teams of 20-70 employees during his tenure.
Shaun then honed his relationship building in another high volume time constraint environment in a popular coffee chain. By being personal and initiating conversation, Shaun was able to change an interaction that is transactional to one that engaged clients and created more repeat business.
