I am currently pursuing a Master's Degree in Computer Science, aiming to deepen my expertise and broaden my knowledge in this dynamic field. Throughout my academic and professional journey, I have gained significant experience in both working and managing teams, which has honed my teamwork and leadership skills. My commitment to community engagement and leadership has been recognized through various awards and certifications, reflecting my dedication to making a positive impact and continuously improving my capabilities.

I've worked as a Manager for the customer service side of my experience, and I applied that to another role, more specifically an IT Support Specialist role. I'm currently in school for Computer Science.
