I am 30 with 4 children I work at Broadstep taking care of special needs individuals I've worked here for 8 years and I love my job I'm looking to locate closer to my family which is why I'm seeking employment. I am a hard worker in anything I do I learn fast and i take criticism very well. I have a big heart and I love to see others smile I try to be the reason for someone to smile.
I pass meds, feed my individuals, bathe them, I take them to doctor appointments, And I make sure the environment they live in are safe and clean. I am also their advocate especially the ones that can't advocate for themselves.
we are constantly going through CPR classes, med training, and it is mandatory that we complete Relias.
