My name is Sherese, I have been in the Food and Beverage industry since I was 15 years old. I am trying to branch out and find another career opportunity that I will love just as much. I do have a passion for communications as I went to college for advancement in journalism and marketing.

If I find a great fit, I'd like to further my career in the Food and Beverage industry with a company that will utilize my sales and customer service skills. My background includes Banquets, In Room Dining, Cocktail Serving, Food Serving and Bartending.

PERSONAL SHOPPER at SAMS CLUB (2025-05 – 2025-11)

My job consisted of order fulfillment, customer service, physical demands, multitasking and team collaboration. I picked and packed items for members' orders, which can include a wide variety of products. I ensured that all items are accurately selected and prepared for pickup or delivery. I ran orders out to vehicles myself and loaded them.

SERVER at SCOOTERS PUB (2022-09 – 2024-04)

I greeted and seated guest, served the guest food and beverages and was responsible for their meal experience from the time they walk in to taking their order to processing payments, ensuring customer satisfaction, maintaining cleanliness to the time they walk out the door. I also had side work that needed to be completed before the end of my shift.

SERVER at SOUTH POINT (2017-11 – 2020-02)

I consistently provided professional, friendly, and engaging service. I skillfully promoted items on the menu. I quickly recorded orders in MICROS system and prepared toast. I was responsible for the expo and delivery of orders to guests. Completing side work duties and restocking items were a part of my daily task.

BARTENDER at DURANGO HILLS GOLF CLUB (2016-03 – 2016-07)

My duties were to restock all liquor, beer, juice. I also would make a bar out of the golf carts and serve golfers on the course. I was in charge of taking inventory, cleaning the golf cart, and cutting all fruit and vegetables. I was a banquet server for parties and weddings and club gatherings.

SERVER/LSM MARKETER at GAMEWORKS (2014-07 – 2017-08)

I served guests food and beverage orders in all areas of the venue including bowling lounge, computer room, party rooms and main dining room. I decorated party rooms and am in charge of the set-up and overall operations of the party. I went out to public and private events to represent our company.

COCKTAIL/ IRD/ BANQUET at RAVELLA / HILTON (2012-10 – 2014-02)

I was a Cocktail Server, In Room Dining attendant, Banquet Server, Bar Back. I welcomed guests to hotel, accommodating any questions or wants they may have. I had to be knowledgeable about all drinks and know how to make them. I had to set up In Room Dining cart and deliver to room/pick up. I served mass quantities of people for large events. During pool season, I was also the server for the area.
