Sheridan Cowan

I am a dedicated and driven student who strives for excellence in both academics and extracurriculars, consistently maintaining A/B grades. With experience in babysitting, lifeguarding, and serving as a Water Safety Instructor, I value responsibility, clear communication, and the importance of being a positive role model. I am actively involved in leadership roles, including serving two years as the First Vice President of Flour Bluff Padre Island 4-H and Secretary of the Business Information Management Club.

My involvement extends across school programs such as FBHS Band—where I am a trumpet player, Uniform Manager, and Section Leader—and the FBHS Athletic Training program. I also participate in livestock competitions, community presentations, and various youth ambassador programs.

Giving back to my community is important to me, and I volunteer through beach cleanups, NCJLS, VBS, animal shelters, food banks, and more, earning recognition such as the Presidential Volunteer Service Award (Bronze). With certifications in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, lifeguarding, CPR, food handling, and WSI, I bring strong leadership, determination, and respect to everything I participate in.
