- Manage temporary epicardial pacing wires, including atrial and ventricular pacing, rhythm interpretation, and troubleshooting capture/sensing issues

- Perform advanced hemodynamic monitoring (CVP, PA pressures, SVR, CO/CI, SVR) utilizing Swan-Ganz catheters, arterial lines, and manage central venous lines
- Titrate vasoactive drips, antiarrhythmics, and anticoagulants
- Manage mechanical circulatory support including IABP, impella, and CRRT
- Assist with bedside procedures and support rapid stabilization of unstable patients
- Educate patients and families regarding post-operative recovery and discharge expectations
- Manage mechanically ventilated patients, including sedation titration, ABG interpretation, ventilator weaning, and support during extubation
