• Assisted with Stadium Operations and Maintenance, including ensuring all supplies were ready prior to the game, distributing promotional materials and supporting ticket sales
• Supported event planning and management – for example, coordinated community promotional event at local food truck park and designed and managed community participation activities

• Operate cash register, manage the photo department and stock shelves. Responsible for training new staff. Trained Alton location staff on best practices developed at Carbondale location. Go-to person when other employees encounter technical issues or customer service problems they cannot resolve.
• Promoted to Pharmacy Technician within 3 months of hire where I filled orders, operated the cash register, answered customer questions and dealt with issues.
