Collect some lab orders by doctor and follow as per protocol.
Do blood transfusion if needed. Make sure to monitor patient with any hemolytic reactions and report any changed to doctor.
Collaborating with other healthcare team to ensure the patient's needs are met and contribute to overall patient care.
Ensure proper charting on time with the use of EPIC. Document any changes and inform necessary staff to ensure everyone's safety.
