- M&A: Successfully acquired ~2 GW floating offshore leasebed in California in a new market for CIP. 8-month coordination and approval process with technical, commercial and external governmental counterparties, preparing and successfully acquiring the Humboldt Southwest leasebed. Supported leadership with negotiation, valuation and coordination with technical team to structure the transaction with proper financing and protections through leasebed acquisition.

- M&A: Portfolio divestment for a 1.4 GW renewable portfolio across ERCOT and SPP (wind & solar). Led creation of the external portfolio model, 4+ Project CIM, and subsequent Ørsted management presentations.
- Investment Decision: Successful investment decision for $650M+ capital commitment for a 500 MW co-located wind & solar facility. Led finance portion of investment approval presentation, including valuation & sensitivities, project input/cost assessments, coordination with technical team on key risk and mitigants, overall portfolio risk assessment, and other key mgmt. requests.
- Investment Decision: Successful PPA negotiation & board approval for 3 PPAs totaling 190 MW with various settlement structures. Assisted origination team with PPA negotiation & valuation sensitivities; led finance side for final commercial PPA approval.
- Financing: Tax Equity Final Funding for separate 150+ MW wind facility and 400+ MW solar + storage facility. Supported final funding process with notable tax equity providers, resulting in over $350m in capital commitments.
