The IT Asset Specialist – Site Inventory supports client's Hardware Asset Management practice and is accountable for supporting IT asset inventory activities in client's locations. The scope of the IT Asset Specialist – Site Inventory role leverages hardware asset lifecycle best practices to ensure effective asset inventory controls are in-use, including timely data updates, hardware reclamation and replacement process adherence, and compliance with asset movement tracking and disposal (ITAD) practices.
- Update ServiceNow, Flexera, Teams/SharePoint, where applicable.
- Execute processes for IT inventory transfers and disposal (ITAD).
- Identify and report potential risks and issues with on-site IT inventory storage practices (physical safety, data safety).
- Coordinate with site and IT resources for inventory movement (site-base resources and 3rd party vendors / partners) Site Data Management.
- Support discovery of site inventory data and maintain accuracy in key IT systems.
- Support inventory reporting, variance reporting.
- Provide inventory optimization and process improvement input/feedback, including standard documentation review and improvement.
Help Desk/Deskside Service - Kenvue - Skillman, NJ

A Computer Support Assistant will be supporting the Help Desk Support Specialists, who are the go-to people for providing technical assistance and support related to computer systems, hardware, and software.
