Vocational Nurse Clinical Duties (under the supervision of an RN instructor) included but not limited to the following: Provided physical care and carried out therapeutic and medical regiment, treated bedsores, prepare and give injections, enemas, and insulin shots, suctioning, accu checks, stool specimen collection, checking vital signs, pericare, head to toe assessments, Foley catheter, wound care – apply dressings, administering medication, flushed and bolus feeding via G-tube, ambulating patients and changing colostomy bags.
