● Collaborated with SDEs, technical product managers, and process engineers to debug, design,

test, and deploy 7 programs used by 1.7 million Amazon sellers each week

● Led fatals reduction program for top 4 critical programs, in turn reducing volume pages on call engineer receives as well as timeout errors displayed to selling partners by 56%

● Designed, integration tested, and launched a credit card account ownership API replacement under the guidance of a seasoned SDE achieving a fatal reduction rate of 10%-98%

● Collaborated with global cross-functional teams to devise a plan to identify and address non-value-added cases, with the end goal of associates being able to dedicate their time to high-impact seller support cases

● Created a Python Dash dashboard that captures the usage and efficiency of over 50 trained model

● Ran Exploratory Data Analysis, LDA, did Topic Modeling, and used Zero-Shot Learning on
