Hi there,

I am a 23 year old woman, who graduated nursing school in 2022. I am currently working at a community hospital in Brighton as a Nurse Extern (prn). In 2019, I reached my heaviest weight at 207lbs, I was on a trip in Mexico and decided to make a change in my life.

I then got into fitness and eating healthier, and am now in love with weight training and healthy habits weighing 165lbs. I am passionate about health and fitness, all while helping others and myself. I love to motivate and help people in all that I can.

I then worked as a CNA 2018-Current at rehab facilities, long term care centers, and a hospital as a student nurse extern.
