Simon Manyweathers

I began my career on a U.S. military base, gaining hands-on experience in facilities maintenance, minor construction, heavy equipment operation, and locksmithing. After marrying a U.S. service member, I relocated to the United States, and later returned to the UK, where I launched my own business. When military orders brought us back to the U.S., I resumed work as a locksmith before founding a maintenance and renovation company.

Now, I'm seeking new employment opportunities due to a shortage of qualified workers in my area. I bring a strong work ethic, a diverse skill set, and years of experience across multiple trades and environments.

Experienced carpenter and maintenance professional with over 30 years supporting residential, commercial, and government facilities. Skilled in structural repairs, finish carpentry, and multi-trade coordination within high-demand environments. Proven ability to support Operations & Maintenance (O&M) operations through preventive maintenance, safety compliance, and efficient task execution.

Strong leadership in crew management and subcontractor oversight, with a commitment to quality and client satisfaction.
