Experience
Manage and oversee the coordination of all work for Latin American and European languages group for over 150 projects, including employee and contractor schedules, prepare and implement workflows for production activities, following-up, tracking, data entry and maintenance of all database information (subtitling and material delivery schedules), until the delivery of final products to the clients;
Focus on relationship building with internal and external resources;
Promote, support, and oversee continuous training of personnel: coordinators, in-house editors, and contractors;
Liaise and initiate interdepartmental interaction to proactively solve in-house challenges and issues;
Review and distribute all QC reports from/to the clients on a daily basis;
Collaborate with the marketing team on any specific requests.
