Slater Torres

I have worked 2 retail jobs, both under a couple months (seasonal sales). I was not the best considering I was in high school and had terrible social anxiety and lacked the ability to pick up on social cues. In spite of that, I was able to grow and learn from the experience.

I recently quit my job being the “head chef” at a local restaurant in La Jolla due to a lack of purpose and the feeling of wasting my life away. I am not a chef and most certainly not a head chef. I have a plethora of passions but currently pursuing the media arts.

I spend most of my time behind a camera taking what I would like to think are creatively subversive photos of other people. I like to make everything perfect so attention to detail is my specialty. Smooth talker with a drive to sell so proactively interacting with customers to recommend products that best suit their tastes, interests, and needs is an area of expertise.
