I love working in the airline industry. I have been working in customer service since I was 14 years old. I want to get back to working for an airline as a ticket/gate agent. I moved to Jacksonville Florida to follow my daughter and son-in-law when they got restationed here with the US Navy.
I have worked in the airline industry for 12 years. I went to a school for the travel industry and recieved a diploma in Travel and Hospitality in 1991. I have worked in customer service since the age of 14 and I feel as if I am great with people. I have been a trainer, coach and lead.
I have not been in school since 1991 but through my jobs there has always been some kind of training.
