My name is Sophia Guagliano, I am a certified personal trainer and sports nutrition coach. I am a competitive NPC Bodybuilder and a former collegiate athlete. I have my B.S. from Longwood University in Kinesiology with a concentration in Applied Health Science Professions. In addition, I have my M.S. in Sports Management from Niagara University.
