Coach and mentor for youth and young adults, with eight years of experience in international and experiential education. Completed a Fulbright Research and Fulbright Specialist Grant in Spain and Costa Rica. Trained in mental health first aid and narcissistic abuse treatment, I lead psychoeducation workshops.

• Mentor groups of 30-60 students for ten and 21-day periods in Costa Rica, Spain, & Peru
• Lead students at volunteer service sites and work with community partners and program staff

• Guide K-12 schools in immersive partnership-based travel programs

• Work with college students across numerous online programs to support ongoing learning inquiry, and personal growth, including periodic check-in phone and video calls with mentees

• Led Wheel of Consent workshop as part of our team check-in calls, November 2023

Career Coach at Boston Private Industry Council (2020-01 – 2023-02):

• Provided individualized career coaching services to low-income youth in subsidized housing
• Referred clients and maintained partnerships with job training programs, financial empowerment centers, academic institutions, and community resource organizations
• Managed partnership with New Generation Consultants and Associates, a therapy practice of practitioners of color; managed therapy referrals, facilitated internships, trainings, and affinity groups in the mental health field, grant writing, and developing mental health career pathways for clients
• Presented at: The Forum of Youth Investment, Ready By 21 National Meeting, The Opportunity Youth Forum Fall Grantee Convening, Aspen Institute, Forum for Community Solutions

International Resident Assistant at Augsburg University (Mexico Campus) (2018-11 – 2019-06):

• Promoted healthy living and learning environment for semester college students in Cuernavaca
• Co-led a cultural diversity competence class and exchange with students from a Mexican university
