About
17+ years of HCM experience, including 12+ years specializing in UKG Pro WFM/UKG Dimensions, ADP eTime, and Kronos WFC, delivering large scale implementations and upgrades with strong expertise in Configuration and Integrations using Dell Boomi and Workforce Integration Manager (WIM).
Extensive hands on experience across UKG WFM modules including Timekeeping, Accrual, Attendance, Leave, Scheduling, Business Structures, Dataviews and reporting, Setup Data Manager and Integration.
Proven delivery of end to end HCM implementations, including UKG Pro WFM/Workforce manager and ADP Workforce Now, with solid knowledge of implementation methodologies, lifecycle phases, and best practices.
In depth knowledge of HRIS platforms such as ADP Vantage, ADP Workforce Now, and ADP Enterprise HR.
Integration Subject Matter Expert, leading requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment of inbound and outbound interfaces (e.g., Person Import, Payroll Export, and custom integrations).
Strong expertise in UKG WFM implementations, upgrade, and production support, including labor management, business analysis, documentation, configuration, testing, deployment, and change management.
3+ years of experience supporting PeopleSoft and ADP Enterprise HR upgrades, with proficiency in SQL, SQR, and ADPR development, product upgrades, and patching.
Experience in HCM data conversions, including source data extraction, cleansing, mapping, transformation, validation, and ETL based data loads.
Advanced SQL skills, including development of stored procedures, views, and functions for reporting and extracts.
Strong troubleshooting experience, including issue diagnosis, debugging, defect remediation, and handling critical change requests.
Demonstrated ability to drive multi project solutions, providing feasibility analysis, proof of concepts, and technical leadership.
Experience in project management activities, including scope definition, execution planning, effort estimation, business value assessment, and ad hoc reporting.
