My name is Stan Isaq, and I am an experienced executive leader with more than 20 years of leadership experience across healthcare, child welfare, immigration services, juvenile justice, compliance, and nonprofit organizations. Throughout my career, I have been passionate about serving vulnerable populations, strengthening organizations, and developing programs that create meaningful and lasting impact.
I have held leadership positions including CEO, COO, Program Director, Senior Lead Case Manager, and Compliance Director, overseeing large teams, multimillion-dollar operations, residential facilities, healthcare programs, and government-funded services. My experience includes managing a 4,000-resident immigration family facility, leading healthcare rehabilitation operations, directing emergency shelter programs for children, and supporting international operations in Afghanistan.
I came to the United States on an athletic scholarship and earned degrees in Criminal Justice, Administration of Justice and Security, and am currently pursuing a Doctor of Strategic Leadership. My journey has taught me the value of perseverance, service, faith, and continuous learning.

Proven track record leading multidisciplinary teams, managing multimillion-dollar budgets, ensuring regulatory compliance, and improving organizational performance across government, nonprofit, healthcare, and international environments.
