I've spent many years working in the manufacturing industry. During this time, I held many positions from Machine Operator to Vice President of Operations. I am no stranger to hands on work and performed my duties with integrity and resolve, while facing many challenges from internal and external sources.

During my entire career I have led by example and performed my duties diligently even when no one is watching. My team and I worked through many internal and external challenges and tasks which resulted mostly in positive outcomes for our internal and external customers. My considerable career experiences can be utilized in many work environments.

Production Manager, Vice President of Operations, Director Development Closures USA - C&E Capsules, Enoplastic USA, now Maverick Enterprise / part of Crealis Group - Napa CA, then relocated to Fairfield CA

(2005-04 - 2025-06)

Production of PVC, Polylam, Champagne, Tin & Screw Capsules primarily for Wine, Spirits, Oil and Specialty Packaging Industry. Responsible for plant in US with up to 50 team members.

• Relocation of rapidly growing manufacturing plant (3 times), built new manufacturing facility from ground up, managed numerous tenant improvement projects, solar panel install
• Growth Management through the years 2005-2022 ($600,000 to $14.5 million in Sales, in units 25 million to 280 million manufactured, 4-27 machines, 4,000 sqf to 63,000 sqf)
• Managed an additional 80 million finished capsules ordered from Europe (Italy, Spain, France)
• Purchased machines and equipment, fleet vehicles
• P&L management and report to corporate office in Italy
• Negotiated long term contracts with Vendors and Customers
• Documented Training & SOP's, 5S, Inventory Control, Continuous Improvement Projects with team
• During more recent acquisition I documented differences between multiple locations, potential problem areas, suggested possible solutions and best practices for new owners / management
• Trained & Managed Field Technical Service team and assisted sales with customer relations, visited customers around the US and international to troubleshoot high speed bottling line issues
• Helped facilitate new projects from start to finish
• Liaison between internal and external customers, kept management in loop if needed

Plastic Injection Molding, Cork and Capsule Manufacturing. Responsible for up to 20 team members.

• Operated plastic molding, cork, and capsule machines and supplied material and resources
• Setup and maintained machine to achieve consistent optimum output
• PM Inspections on capsule machines, and various other equipment
• Monitored quality, followed established processes and created new and improved ones
• Performed mid and end of year physical inventory
• Material Requirement Planning & Purchasing materials and misc. supplies for departments
• Considered, Investigated, Qualified and Evaluated new Suppliers
• Implemented Recycling Program Plant wide
• Scheduled Manufacturing machines and labor
• Responsible for onboarding new team members, performed safety training, employee evaluations, reviews, discipline, etc.
