I worked in a Cellphone Store as a sale representative and manager for five years. I provided bilingual customer service in busy cell phone store by managing all aspects of operations, sold mobile devices, and activation of lines and plans.I used to resolve problems related to customer’s cell phones and plans.One of my duties was to train staff to perform daily tasks.

My most relevant education was pursuing my Associate in Audio Production at Frederick Community College in August 2022. I also had the opportunity to be part of the Student Government Association for the period of 2021-2022 and President of the Rotaract Club, a club dedicated to community service and help local community and international.
