Responsible for medical assistants, and CNA's.

Supervised LPN's and CNA's and served as a preceptor/mentor to new nursing staff or students. Charge nurse in certain areas or multiple zones in the ER. Plan integrated continuity of care, working in collaboration with other health care providers and staff to meet patient needs.
